We welcome your feedback on how we can improve our service.
Given our modest resources, we may not be able to respond to all individual
suggestions or requests. Please note we are unable to
discuss your specific information nor can we provide you advice. For user
security, we cannot respond to requests about re-setting lost account
Username or Password information. Indeed, we have no way of linking you to a
dataset. In those circumstances, we suggest you re-enter your information
using externally saved reports. Your earlier input will overtime become
"stale" and excluded from comparisons.
